WE HAVE HAD MANY MANY SERVICES BEFORE. WE CALL EUROPE ALMOST EVERYDAY, WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD TREMENDOUS CONNECTION, CLEAR VOICE AND AUDIO, WE JUST CANNOT FIND ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT KEEP CALLING. THEY ARE A GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER. I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO MANY FRIENDS.ALSO, PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.

I am on autopay. Evidently something happened and the card I was using could no longer be used. Most likely it had expired and I was not notified. I found out when I tried making a call and got a message that there was no money in the account to pay for a call. When I logged on and looked at my account it said I was on autopay, but there was no credit card. I input the same card with an updated expiration date to correct the problem.
I think customers on autopay should be notified if the credit card that is being used to pay for the account expires.
