First of all I would like to mention the satisfaction with your service especially with your Support Personnel. Secondly I have a suggestion to increase your service to all your costumers.
Very simple : when those that are on the Credit Plan and automatically are charge when the balance reaches a certain point I would like to see a certain "alert" to be sent via email at least 1 week in advance and also any other notice you think will help your costumers in keeping up to date with the account. As an example: For a reason unknown to me my "automatic" payment was no working even that it showed on my account as being "active" . I noticed that my balance was not changing when I used to place calls and by calling your Cust.Serv. person I was told that it was "off". I never changed it, well, it was corrected but I feel that if I would have been "alerted" I could have taken care of it sooner and not being cutoff in the middle of a conversation.
